Abstrak
Civil Servants (PNS) according to Law no. 43 / 1999 Article 1 is the overall effort to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and degree of professionalism of the implementation tasks, functions, and obligations of civil service which includes planning, procurement, development of quality placement, promotion, remuneration, welfare, and dismissal. Applicability of the Act also means the College of Arts Indonesia (STSI) Bandung should be able to improve the ability to motivate employees to be efficient and effective performance with a professional support staff, responsible, honest, and fair through coaching implemented based Performance Work Systems and Systems Career emphasis on Work Performance System. This study is descriptive and verificative, then the method used in this study was descriptive survey and explanatory survey. This method was chosen given the descriptive study aimed to describe the phenomena it is and the characteristics of a variable, in this picture capability, motivation, and employee performance in Indonesia College of Arts (STSI) Bandung
