The teacher in terms of implementing Giving Questions and Getting Answers as a facilitator and class dynamic. From the results of observations in the first cycle of student activities that are less = 55.6%, enough = 22.2% and good = 22.2%. student achievement results in the first cycle showed the average value of 54.73 (55%) at the beginning of the test, and at the end of the test showed an average of 60.62 (61%) and the second cycle at the beginning of the test the average obtained showed 66.06 (66% ) and at the end a test of 68.26 (68%) was obtained. So that in general the results of student achievement in the first cycle increased from the initial and final tests of 5.89 (6%) and in Cycle II of 2.2 (2%). less active children are 6.25 with children 25. and those who have enough activity are 10 children (1.11%) with an average of 1.11. and those who have Good activities are 10 children (1.11%) with an average of 1.11. in cycle I. While the results of observations between groups in cycle II obtained data of 5 children who had less activity (0.56%) with an average of 0.56. who have moderate activity as many as 12 children with an average of 1.33. and those who have Good activities were 28 children with an average of 3.11 (3.11%). Then the results of observations between groups can be categorized as successful or acceptable. So the relationship between learning learning methods with economic learning achievement, that with the provision of learning methods that are regular and permanent learning, students arise learning activities in Economics and developing the knowledge it receives. Thus, the accuracy or effectiveness of learning methods of learning methods finally can improve learning achievement achieved by students. This can be used as evidence that with the effectiveness of learning students will get good grades or achievements. So thus the method of providing learning methods of learning is more appropriate to be applied to all subjects so that research results can be declared acceptable
