The learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that gives students time to think and respond and help one another. This method steps are thinking (Thinking), pairing (Pairing) sharing (Sharing). Whereas Authentik Assessment is a series of activities to measure student achievement as a result of an instructional program. The authentic assessment used is portfolio assessment. This research was conducted in a cycle that included planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection methods by observation, documentation and tests. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that with the learning model approach and Authenticity which is shown from the learning outcomes of students who achieve mastery learning classical 76.67%. It also can be seen from each group member being able to describe opinions and not be awkward in asking during class discussions. on Basic Competencies Presenting the University Introduction program At the end of the teaching and learning process students are given homework (portfolio assignments) to measure students' understanding of the material provided. From the results of the final test which shows that students' mastery learning is classically 76.67%. Analysis of student learning outcomes with Authentic Assessment obtained classical learning completeness of 78.5%. Based on the learning results above, it turns out that the actual assessment (Authentic Assessment) of learning completeness classically reaches 78.5%. This shows that Authentic Assessment can be considered as a good assessment model to use, because it measures all aspects of learning starting from the process, performance and results.
