Abstrak
Based on the analysis of qualitative data and the level of understanding of the profile with the results of the learning achievements are shown through cycle activities in each cycle. Then in Cycle I From the data on the results of teacher learning achievements above the average learning outcomes of teachers showed 57.4 (57%) of a total of 26 teachers. Where the standard of mastery learning is determined by 70 (70%). Therefore, because an average of 57.4 (57%) is still below the completeness standard, it is necessary to hold activities in the second cycle. And in Cycle II From the data on the learning outcomes of teachers above the average learning outcomes of teachers showed 65.4 (65%) of a total of 26 teachers. Where the standard of mastery learning is determined by 70 (70%). Therefore, because an average of 65.4 (65%) is still below the completeness standard, it is necessary to carry out activities in the third cycle. From the data of Teacher's learning achievements above, on average the results of Teacher's learning achievement showed 74.9 (75%) of a total of 26 Teachers. Where the standard of mastery learning is determined by 70 (70%). Therefore, because on average 74.9 (75%) is still below the completeness standard, it is necessary to carry out activities in the fourth cycle After this cycle IV the data of the Teacher's learning achievement results on average the Teacher's learning achievement results showed 97.4 (97%) of a total of 26 Teachers. Where the standard of mastery learning is determined by 70 (70%). where the average learning achievement shows 97.4 (97%) Because this is above the completeness standard, then there is no need to carry out activities in the next cycle So with the Demonstration Method learning will gain several benefits for the teacher and for the Teacher. With learning Demonstration Method will help, develop and finish the English material but the students really have practiced and have deeper knowledge. Besides the tasks given must be checked whether done or not, then need to be evaluated, because it will motivate teacher learning. So in this study it can be stated Completed and Successful.
