THE INFLUENCE OF MONOLOGUE LEARNING MODEL ROLE PLAYING FOR DISCUSSION IN INCREASING STUDENT'S INTEREST IN SOCIAL SCIENCES SUBJECTS IN CLASS VIII OF SMP 3 CIPATUJAH, TASIKMALAYA REGENCY

Abstrak
This action research aims to determine the effect of the Monologue learning model Role Playing for Discussion in increasing student learning interest in social studies subjects. One important factor is the use of this learning model because the basic competencies regarding taxation issues need to be emphasized. The Z S is needed because the appreciation of Cipatujah 3 Public Middle School students regarding tax issues is still low. It is hoped that with a good level of appreciation of taxation problems, it can be a provision for community life. This action research was carried out from May to July 2019 in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Cipatujah, and carried out in two cycles. Implementation through stages: determining the basic competencies of taxation issues, preparing RPP on taxation, determining instruments to be used as benchmarks for achievement, determining and implementing the Monologue learning model Playing for Discussion Role which is divided into three stages: performing role play and group discussions, analyzing success and its drawbacks and conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the Monologue Role Playing for Discussion learning model can increase students' interest in learning basic tax competencies. This can be seen from the results of the observation note, the increase in the value of the pre test and the test post both in the first and second cycles and from the results of the student questionnaire. Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Monolog Role Playing for Discussion dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS. Salah satu faktor penting pemakaian model pembelajaran ini karena pada kompetensi dasar tentang masalah perpajakan perlu mendapat penekanan tertentu. Hal Z S diperlukan karena apresiasi siswa SMP Negeri 3 Cipatujah mengenai masalah perpajakan masih rendah. Diharapkan dengan tingkat apresiasi yang baik terhadap permasalahan perpajakan dapat menjadi bekal hidup bermasyarakat.Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2019 pada kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Cipatujah, dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pelaksanannya melalui tahapan : menentukan kompetensi dasar masalah perpajakan, menyusun RPP tentang perpajakan, menentukan instrumen yang akan dipakai sebagai tolok ukur pencapaian, menentukan dan melaksanakan model pembelajaran Monolog Role Playing for Discussion yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap : pelaksanaan bermain peran dan diskusi kelompok, analisa keberhasilan dan kekurangannya dan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Monolog Role Playing for Discussion dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kompetensi dasar perpajakan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil catatan observasi, peningkatan nilai pre tes maupun pos tes baik pada siklus kesatu maupun kedua maupun dari hasil angket siswa
