IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL-BASED QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MANAGEMENT IN SDN 2 SUKAJADI DISTRICT PONDOKSALAM PURWAKARTA DISTRICT (IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN MUTU BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SDN 2 SUKAJADI KECAMATAN PONDOKSALAM KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA)

Abstrak
Research on the implementation of the management of school-based quality improvement in Sukajadi Elementary School in Pondoksalam Subdistrict Purwakarta District uses descriptive methods with the aim of improving the quality of education in disadvantaged and remote areas. The results of the study indicate that the development of management management activities in the region is quite sufficient. This means that the management process is running but the quality is not high so that the journey has not been optimal and its effectiveness has not been high. This condition is influenced by the large number of students and the magnitude of schooling conditions, so that the synergy created has little impact on school management and quality. Performance patterns need to be created especially for the condition of the area (remote) and the size of the organization, so that at the application level there are not many significant obstacles encountered. It needs information and facilities as well as an atmosphere of living culture that requires life-long learning to be embedded, so that the rapid flow of information needs to be applied wisely and wisely. (Penelitian implementasi manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah di SD Negeri Sukajadi Kecamatan Pondoksalam Kabupaten Purwakarta menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah tertinggal dan terpencil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kegiatan pengelolaan manajemen di wilayah tersebut berkateogri cukup. Artinya proses manajemen berjalan namun kualitasnya belum tinggi sehinga pada perjalanannya belum optimal dan efektivitasnya belum tinggi. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh besarnya jumlah siswa dan besarnya kondisi persekolahan, sehingga sinergi yang diciptakan sedikit dampaknya terhadap manajemen dan mutu sekolah. Pola kinerja perlu diciptakan khususnya untuk kondisi daerah (terpencil) dan besarnya organisasi, sehingga pada taraf aplikasinya tidak banyak menemui hambatan-hambatan yang berarti. Perlu infrasuktur dan sarana serta suasana budaya hidup yang menuntut ilmu sepanjang hayat tertanam, sehingga dalam arus informasi yang pesat perlu diterapkan secara arif dan bijakasana).
