MATHEMATICS DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT OF CHARACTER EDUCATION USING LEARNING MIND MAPPING METHOD FOR ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING RESULTS X (PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MATEMATIKA BERMUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPI

Abstrak
This research aimed to obtain Mathematics learning module of Trigonometry contains of valid, practical, and effective character education. This research was the development of model 4-D Thiagarajan excluding the desseminate so that only consists of three stages: (a) define, (b) design and (c) development. The results shown: (1) The learning module that developed was valid, with an average score of 4.30. (2) The learning module practically developed because after tested, students' positive response obtained by 88.13%, the teacher gave a positive response with an average of 4.10 and the average of teacher's ability to manage learning 4.187. (3) The learning module effectively developed because after tested obtained an average of creative thinking abilities of experiment group 80.58. Creative and curiosity of students affect the ability to think creatively by 67.8%. The average of students' ability to think creatively on experimental class better than the average of the control class. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bahan ajar matematika materi trigonometri bermuatan pendidikan karakter yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4-D Thiagarajan tidak termasuk tahap penyebaran (desseminate) sehingga hanya terdiri dari tiga tahap: (a) pendefinisian (define), (b) perancangan (design) dan (c) pengembangan (develop). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, dengan skor rata-rata 4,30. (2) Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan praktis karena setelah diujicobakan diperoleh respon positif siswa sebesar 88,13%, guru memberikan respons positif dengan rata-rata 4,10 dan rata-rata kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran 4,187. (3) Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan efektif karena setelah diujicobakan diperoleh hasil rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif kelompok eksperimen 80,58. Kreatif dan rasa ingin tahu siswa berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebesar 67,8%. Rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada rata-rata kelas kontrol).
