USE OF LEARNING MODELS INCREASING ALPHABETICAL POETRY TO INCREASE THE ABILITY OF WRITING POETRY STUDENTS BASIC SCHOOL (PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MENYUSUN PUISI ABJAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMAPUAN MENULIS PUISI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR)
Abstrak The ability of elementary school students in writing poetry in Bahasa Indonesia only reached 63.25% in Class V SD Negeri 2 Pangkalan Kecamatan Langkaplancar Kabupaten Ciamis. Through classroom action research using the learning model composed alphabetical poems as many as 20 people and assisted by a partner researcher as an observer. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and test techniques, while the data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics for quantitative data and interactive analysis for qualitative data. The results of research in the first cycle increased from the initial data that is 75.91%, and after the implementation of cycle II to 86.5%. This proves that the use of learning models to compose alphabetical poems can improve the ability to write poetry of elementary school students.
