EFFORTS TO CHANGE A TEACHER CONSERVATIVE ATTITUDE THROUGH THE ACADEMIC SUPERVISION OF COOPERATIVE MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN MIS CENTER DISTRICT CIAMIS DISTRICT CIAMIS (

Abstrak
School action research conducted at MIS Benteng Ciamis with research time of July - December 2015 First Semester of Lesson 2015/2016. The results showed that the average of fulfillment of planning and implementation of learning obtained 42.50% with the average achievement level 51.5% in the first cycle reached 71.90% with the average fulfillment of planning and implementation of learning gain increased 63.50% While the average achievement rate is 70.50%. In the second cycle obtained a value of 78.30% with the average fulfillment of planning and implementation of learning to obtain an average value of 79.0% while the average level of achievement of 84.0%. This means that the essence of academic supervision teacher performance in managing the learning process, more emphasis on efforts to develop professionalism through learning together in small groups, conducting discussions, case studies, peer teaching, and peer supervision. Learning process to achieve results in accordance with the objectives, as well as trying to adjust the patterns of behavior in teaching in accordance with the demands of achieving goals, taking into account the situation of learning conditions learners. Penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilaksanakan di MIS Benteng Kelurahan Benteng Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis dengan waktu penelitian bulan Juli – Desember 2015 Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dari rata-rata pemenuhan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh 42,50% dengan tingkat ketercapaian rata-rata 51,5% pada siklus pertama mencapai 71,90% dengan rata-rata pemenuhan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh meningkat 63,50% sedangkan tingkat ketercapaian rata-rata 70,50%. Pada siklus kedua memperoleh nilai 78,30% dengan rata-rata pemenuhan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh nilai rata-rata 79,0% sedangkan tingkat ketercapaian rata-rata 84,0%. Artinya esensi supervisi akademik unjuk kerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, lebih mengedepankan usaha untuk mengembangkan profesionalismenya melalui belajar bersama dalam kelompok kecil, melakukan diskusi, studi kasus, peer teaching, dan peer supervision. Proses belajar mencapai hasil sesuai dengan tujuan, serta berupaya menyesuaikan pola-pola tingkah lakunya dalam mengajar sesuai dengan tuntutan pencapaian tujuan, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor situasi kondisi belajar peserta didik.
