PERANAN PENTADBIR SEKOLAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEDAGOGI INKLUSIF DI BEBERAPA SEKOLAH RENDAH YANG TERPILIH

Abstrak
The present reserch is to investigate the the role of the school administrators towards the implementation of inclucive pedagogy in the selected primary schools. This paper reports the results of a survey of 32 primary school administrators about their perception of the 5 constructs involved in the study. The instrument used in this research was formulated by the researcher based on Brown D.S.(1991) and Papanastasiou, E.C.(2005). The instrument has a high reliability level(0.92).The Statistical Program For Social Sciences(SPSS) 16 was used to analyse the data. Mean score and percentage was used to analyse the data obtained together with ANOVA. The findings revealed that the overall mean score for the 5 constructs were (mean:3.69 sd: 0.97)high . The mean score for each construct is as: perception towards inclucive pedagogy (mean:3.78 sd: 0.92)high, implementation of inclucive pedagogy in school( mean:4.34 sd: 0.72)very high,facilities to implement inclucive pedagogy in the school (mean:3.02 sd 0.97)high, importance of inclucive pedagogy to the school (mean:4.02 sd: 0.57)very high acceptance of inclucive pedagogy by the administrators (mean:3.80 sd: 0.57) high. The ANOVA results conducted revealed there isn’t any significant differences between the administrators in the school regarding inclucive pedagogy.
