Problems with the football practice basketball drills at the Student Activity Unit UKM not provide the level of physical fitness means. Research using ex post facto design with two group pretest-posttest design. The population of as many as 30 people were taken samples secra purposive sampling takes 2 months, the number of 18 training sessions, with a frequency of 1 week 2 times. Preferred forms of the test is a test of physical fitness writer Indonesia, in which there is a test item sprints, middle distance running, body lift, jump up and lie seated. The results of this study were (1) There is a significant influence football practice terruh toward physical fitness on UKM UNSUR. (2) There is a significant effect of exercise on physical fitness basketball on UKM UNSUR. (3) There is a significant difference between soccer practice with basketball against physical fitness exercise, that exercise better football than basketball practice on UKM UNSUR. (Permasalahan latihan sepakbola dengan latihan bolabasket di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa UNSUR tidak memberikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang berati. Penelitian menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan desain two group pretest-posttest design. Populasi sebanyak 30 orang diambil sampel secra Purposive sampling memakan waktu 2 bulan, jumlah latihan 18 kali pertemuan, dengan frekuensi 1 minggu 2 kali. Bentuk tes yang dipilih penulis adalah tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia, didalamnya terdapat item tes lari sprint, lari jarak menengah, angkat tubuh, loncat tegak dan baring duduk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan sepakbola terruh hadap kebugaran jasmani pada UKM UNSUR. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan bolabasket terhadap kebugaran jasmani pada UKM UNSUR. (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan sepakbola dengan latihan bolabasket terhadap kebugaran jasmani, bahwa latihan sepakbola lebih baik daripada latihan bolabasket pada UKM UNSUR)
