This research is motivated by the Curriculum 2013 in writing require project-based learning model (project based learning) to be applied in learning to enhance students' creativity which includes the ability to think creatively and disposition. The purpose of this study was to: (1) Develop a learning model based thematic projects for elementary school students in accordance with the demands of Curriculum 2013, (2) Obtaining an overview of the effectiveness of the learning model based thematic projects for elementary school students to improve their creativity in accordance with the demands Curriculum 2013. The method used is the method of R & D (Research & Development). Testing the effectiveness of the model on a limited scale using pre-experimental design with one group of experiments (One Group Design) is the entire fourth grade students of SDN Binabudi District of Cipanas, Cianjur . The results showed that the thematic project-based learning model developed highly effective, project and product grade IV SDN Binabudi Cianjur Regency in accordance with the theme, very diverse (varied) and creativity classified as very high criteria.
