Pengaruh Internal Staffing dan Pelatihan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan

Abstrak
Good level of job performance can be realized by two activities, are internal staffing which involving moving people between jobs and work roles within the organization and training. This research’s aim are to prove that internal staffing and training have significant influence on job performance. The results of path analysis show that: (1) internal staffing and training have simultaneously significant influence on employee’s job performance, (2) internal staffing has significant influence on employee’s job performance, and (3) training has significant influence on employee’s job performance. Another result of this research shows that influence of internal staffing and training on employee’s job performance is in high level. So, increasing in job performance can been done through greater attention on internal staffing and training’s process quality maintaining.
