The researh is extension of Jangwoo Lee dan Danny Miller (1999) research, by adding work motivation as mediating variable and culture as moderating variable. The aim is to prove that work variable mediate the relation between organization's comitment to employess and performance. SEMapproach with Multigroup Analysis shows a moderating effect of work culture on relationship between motivation and performance.
Result show that OCE affected motivation which in turn affected positively and signifi¬cantly performance. Result ofthis research also reveal that sampling group, that tends to have firmed work culture, work motivation has significant contributon indirectly to organizational performance through work motivation.
