MODEL DESAIN KURIKULUM PELATIHAN PROFESI GURU VOKASIONAL BERBASIS TECHNOLOGICAL CURRICULUM

Abstrak
The study is the development of training curriculum design model based on Technological Curriculum that is appropriate with vocational teachers’ needs to achieve academic qualification, competency, educator certification. The problems are based on the thoughts that educational activites and trainings have to be given a set of structured curriculum and sufficient with the teacher’s needs. Generally, the aim of the study is to produce curriculum design model of vocational teachers’ training based on Technological Curriculum that is appropriate with teachers’ needs. The study used Reseacrh and Development (R & D). The study was conducted in Bandung with the vocational teachers in all expertises as the subject of the research. The curriculum design model of vocational teachers’ training bsed on Technological Curriculum is designed based on need assessment especially related to the responsibility of profession. The results showed that the currciculum design model of vocational teachers’ training based on Technological Curriculum has been validated.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan studi pengembangan model desain kurikulum pelatihan berbasis Technological Curriculum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru vokasional untuk mencapai kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi dan sertifikasi pendidik. Kajian masalah ini didasari oleh pemikiran bahwa kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan harus diperangkati dengan kurikulum yang terstruktur dan memadai sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model desain kurikulum pelatihan profesi guru vokasional berbasis Technological Curriculum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru. Dalam kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R & D). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota dan Kabupaten Bandung dengan subjek penelitian guru vokasional dalam berbagai bidang keahlian di SMK. Model desain kurikulum pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru vokasional berbasis Technological Curriculum dirancang berdasar pada need assessment terutama yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab profesi. Modl final dari hasil penelitian ini berupa Model desain kurikulum pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru vokasional berbasis Technological Curriculum yang sudah tervalidasi.
