The study, entitled "Situational Leadership Style Relationships with Teachers Job Effectiveness in the National Junior High School Bandung" was raised three important issues, namely related to: the implementation of situational leadership style in the National Junior High School Bandung, the level of teacher effectiveness in the National Junior High School Bandung, and the relationship between situational leadership style with the effectiveness of teachers working at the National Junior High School Bandung. Theoretical foundation that is used referring to the notion that effective leadership style is done by a leader depends on the circumstances and conditions faced by (the situational approach). In this research, there are two variables associated with using descriptive analytical method. Data collection techniques namely: questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation study. Furthermore, to support the data analysis the authors use literature study.
The findings in the field showed that situational leadership style in the National Junior High School Bandung, have reached a good level of implementation. This is evident from the answers of respondents who indicated a high criterion, namely in the parameter of 3636 or 80,8%. While the level of teacher effectiveness in the National Junior High School Bandung showed high criterion. This is evident from respondents' answers are in the parameter of 3647 or 81,04%. Furthermore, the results of data analysis, these two variables, namely between the variables X (Situational Leadership Styles) with the variable Y (Teacher Work Effectiveness) showed a positive relationship that is equal to 0,43 with the contribution of 18.49%. Thus, 81.51%, determined by other factors not examined by the authors. So the hypothesis that read "There is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of situational leadership styles of teachers working at the National Junior High School Bandung" is acceptable.
