Abstrak The aim of this research ware to achieve the finding of: (1) tested explanation of correlated between job characteristics with human resource development policy and, (2) the influence of job characteristics and human resource development policy toward manager work productivity. There are 154 respondents from about 250 populations. The research done by verificative research for the respondent of the manager. The data collected by recording documents, interviews, and questionnaires then analyzed by path analysis model. The research result shows that: (1) there are correlation between job characteristics with human resource development policy, (2) job characteristics and human resource development policy variable both partially and simultaneously, influences significantly toward the manager work productivity.
