Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

This research is conducted on employees of PT Kereta Api (Persero), Bandung Head Office, the purpose being to reveal their working motivation, working ability, and the influence of both on their working performance. It is hypothesized that employees’ working motivation and working ability partially and simultaneously have an influence on their working performance. The research results indicate that employees’ working motivation and working ability have a significant and positive influence on their working performance 63,6%.
