This paper is a study of the practice of classroom visits in order to improve learning. Classroom visits that are traditionally considered as a threat to teachers who will be visited because it is still subjective and not systematic that focus of his visit only to the person to be visited so that the activities of classroom visits more authoritarian and more referrals to find fault when in fact many benefits to be gained when visiting class include (1) study the teaching practices, (2) discover the advantages of teachers, (3) the teacher needs in performing their duties. (4) encourage teachers earnest in work. Therefore the practice of classroom visits must implement an approach which characterized the dialogue comfortable, honest, open and constructive in order to produce results and a rewarding experience for both parties (teachers visited and people visiting). There are three stages of classroom visits, which is planning a meeting, classroom observation, and feedback discussion. When all three phases is done before making classroom visits, there will be an improvement in learning that teachers do in class.
