Abstrak
Teachers are educators who become leaders, role models and identification for the students, and the environment. Teachers have a very big role to the success of education in schools. Teachers play a role in assisting the development of learners to realize the goal of his life optimally. Educate, teach and train the students is the teacher's job. Duties of teachers as educators, to continue and develop the values of life to the students. Teacher's job as a teacher means to continue and develop science and technology to students. The task of the teacher as a coach means developing skills and implement in life for students future. cognitive development of primary school age children are at the stage of concrete operational. The term concrete operations reflects the approach that is bound or limited to the real world. Elementary age children can form concepts, see relationships, and solve problems, but only to the extent involving objects and situations that they know. Characteristics of elementary school age children are happy to play, happy to move, enjoy working in groups, as well as the happy feeling or doing something directly. Therefore, teachers should develop games that contain elements of learning, allowing students to move or move and work or study in groups, as well as provide opportunities for students to be directly involved in learning.
