Abstrak Ethnopedagogy is an education study and education practice that concerned with natural superiority value which is played by human. But sometimes in its implementation is often appeared contradictive with the existed phenomenon. For example, in the implementation of natural role and the function of management that is done by individual in an educational organization, recently it is still fueled by engineer. Whereas all of organization with its strategic is surely try to rise even develop self character each other that is surely want to join on the concrete of rank level, factual, and natural, also not contain much of side engineer that inflict achievement of vision and mission. Through this simple paper, the writer tried to analyze based on character and ethnopedagogy in an educational organization based on strategic management which is natural.
