Abstrak Abstract: The Impact of Guided Writing Learning Model towards Writing Skill of Narrative and Descriptive Paragraphs. The research was based on the low of students’ writing skill on narrative and descripve parapraphs in students of elementary school. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of guided writing learning model toward descriptive and narrative paragraphs writing skill. The research method used was quasi experiment with Control Group Pretest-Posttes. The result of research found out that guided writing learning model influences significantly toward descriptive and narrative paragraphs writing skill. Based on the result, guided writing learning model should be developed and implemented in elementary school because it is appropriate with the development and students’ characteristic of elementary school.
Abstrak: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Menulis Terbimbing terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Paragraf Narasi dan Deskripsi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya keterampilan menulis paragraf narasi dan deskripsi siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan pengaruh model pembelajaran menulis terbimbing terhadap keterampilan menulis paragraf narasi dan deskripsi siswa SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen menggunakan desain Control Group Pratest-Posttes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran menulis terbimbing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis paragraph narasi dan deskripsi. Berdasarkan penemuan tersebut, sebaiknya model ini dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan karena sesuai dengan perkembangan dan karakteristik belajar siswa sekolah dasar.
