Abstrak
Pemenuhan Syarat Formal dan Materil Dalam Transkripsi Berita Acara Pemeriksaan Polisi Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana: Tinjauan Linguistik Forensik. Pemenuhan syarat formal dan materil dalam penyusunan BAP pemeriksaan tersangka pelaku tindak pidana memiliki makna yang penting dalam rn. Syarat formal dan materil penyusunan BAP diatur dalam KUHA Pidana, sedangkan untuk syarat institusional diatur dalam Perkap Kapolri No. 14/2012 tentang manajemen penyidikan pidana. Penyusunan BAP yang tidak memenuhi syarat formal dan material dapat menyebabkan pembatalan tuntutan pidana demi hukum. Hal ini tentu saja menuntut penyidik untuk bertindak secara cermat, teliti, dan hati-hati. Namun demikian, hal itu bukanlah persoalan mudah untuk dipenuhi oleh penyidik. Kekhasan proses pemeriksaan polisi, terlebih pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka, memberikan banyak peluang kepada pen yidik melupakan syarat formal dan materiil dalam transkripsi BAP pelaku tindak pidana. Atas dasar itu, penelitian ini akan mengungkap perilaku penyidik ketika melakukan transkripsi BAP dikaitkan dengan pemenuhan syarat formil dan materil pembentukan BAP.

Abstract
The fulfillment of the Formal and Material Conditions in the Transcription of the proceedings Police Reports against perpetrators of criminal acts: review of Forensic Linguistics. The fulfillment of the terms of the formal and material in the preparation of Police reports (BAP) examination the suspect perpetrators of criminal acts have important meaning in the context of successful prosecution in court. Formal and material conditions of preparation of BAP are regulated in the Criminal KUHA, while for other institutional requirements set forth in Perkap Assistant No. 14/2012 about the criminal investigation management. Preparation of the BAP does not qualify as formal and material may cause cancellation of criminal charges by-law. This of course requires investigators to act carefully, thoroughly and carefully. However, it is not an easy task to be fulfilled by the investigato.. The specificity of the police investigation process, provided many opportunities to the investigator to forget the formal and material conditions in the transcription of the crime perpetrator BAP offender criminal offence. On that basis, this research will reveal the behavior of investigators when making a transcription of the BAP was associated with the fulfillment of the conditions of material and formation of formyl BAP.
