Abstrak This study would like to address the issue of implementing technology in the classroom setting. It did not compare whether the synchronous or asynchronous instruction is better, but it tried to underline some possible strengths and weaknesses which could help teacher in implementing their learning instructions. This study was designed using a qualitative and quantitative questionnaire which focused on the learning activities, learning interactions, and students’ performance. As the final remark, no significant improvement were gathered in asynchronous instruction, any difference that occurred was the result of the classroom interactions in programming and evaluating the learning process.
