To enhance concept mastery and to improve the science process skill, an inquiry instructional model using interactive computer simulation of direct current circuit is applied. This research is quasi-experiment design method with subjects or sample, one Program Study of the University in Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Research data were collected by using a concept mastery pretest and posttest, a science process skill pretest and posttest, and a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by using t-test and normalized gain scores. Results of this research show that: The inquiry instruction model using interactive computer simulation is useful, effective to enhance the physics concept mastery and to improve the science process skill of students.
