Learning Indonesian mainly on writing essay description fifth grade students of SDN 3 Constable Panawangan District of Ciamis regency with teaching materials around the school environment gives students the chance to be active, creative, and critical. Improving the ability of students to write essays using a description of the direct object can be seen from the change in the average value of each of the aspects of essay writing to a better direction.
