Abstrak
The success of a construction project can not be separated from the level of accuracy of construction cost estimates, to obtain the level of a very high accuracy required various factors that include a variety of information. To produce cost estimates with high accuracy levels required different approaches and experiences for the actor estimates. One approach to the calculation of cost estimates can be made by using cost indexes. Cost index is a correction value according to cost and time location.
In the calculation of cost estimates often use existing data from construction sites and different years different, then the equation is first database (data normalization). Furthermore the cost of modeling is made using regression analysis, which will be searched the relationship variables - variables that affect costs such as building area, number of floors, duration, degree of difficulty, the function of the building, accessibility.
