Abstrak
Trichoderma sp. was one of soil fungi whose ability ti to induce plant endurance system and also promote plant growth. Here in our study, we would like to introduce our isolate of Trichoderma sp. as antagonist agent to pathogen fungi. The aim of this research was to know the potency of Tricoderma sp. as antagonist agent in inhibit pathogen fungi. Three isolate of pathogen fungus were found in this research. Those were Penicillium, Curvularia and Miselia sterilia. The antagonist ability of Trichoderma sp. isolate agains those fungus showed that it could inhibit all of pathogen fungi development significantly during three days. Percentage for corn leaves (TR-BJ) were 25-50%, for long bean (TR-KP) were 50-56% and for egg plant (TR-TR) were 40-71% respectively. In conclution, Trichoderma sp. had potency as antagonist agent to inhibit pathogen fungi in vitro.
