PENERAPAN COMPUTER ASSISTED INSTRUCTION KONTEKSTUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA

Abstrak
From some reports, the Indonesian students looked difficult to conduct bermatematika. One alternative to overcome these difficulties is through a computer-based contextual approach to conditioning the way students learn by experiencing itself in accordance with the real everyday life (daily life) instead of memorizing and students da-pat develop their potential independently and creatively. For that matter, this paper is intended to develop and design a programming model based CAI as a contextual learning model to improve students' skills in bermatematik. Based on the results of the study of theory and discussion, we concluded that through the application of CAI-Contextual in mathematics learning is expected to: (1) overcome the lack of ability to think mathematically students, (2) reduce the lack of effectiveness of the learning model used by teachers in maximizing the potential that exists in students , (3) improve the understanding of the facts are studied, (4) improve the quality of the character of the students to the issues of everyday life, and (5) skilled solve the problems of everyday life.
