OPTIMIZING LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT RESULTS IN GEOGRAPHY STUDY FIELD THROUGH THE SELF ESTEEM APPROACH LEARNING (LEARNING APPROACHES THAT ATTENTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AWARENESS OF SELF-ESTEEM) CLASS XI-IPS-1 ODD SEMESTER IN MADIUN 6 PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL, MADI

Abstrak

Teachers in terms of the implementation of the Self Esteem Approach Learning (Learning Approach that pays attention to the development of awareness of self-esteem) as a facilitator and class dynamic. From the results of observations in the first cycle of student activity that is less = 55.6%, enough = 22.2% and good = 22.2%. student achievement results in the first cycle showed the average value of 54.73 (55%) at the beginning of the test, and at the end of the test showed an average of 60.62 (61%) and the second cycle at the beginning of the test the average obtained showed 66.06 (66% ) and at the end a test was obtained of 68.26 (68%). So in general the results of student achievement in the first cycle increased from the initial and final tests of 5.89 (6%) and in Cycle II of 2.2 (2%) The more important things in learning with overall overall data obtained on average less active children are 6.25 with children 25. and those who have enough activity are 10 children (1.11%) with an average of 1.11. and those who have Good activities are 10 children (1.11%) with an average of 1.11. in cycle I. While the results of observations between groups in cycle II obtained data of 5 children who had less activity (0.56%) with an average of 0.56. who have moderate activity as many as 12 children with an average of 1.33. and those who have Good activities were 28 children with an average of 3.11. (3.11%). Then the results of observations between groups can be categorized as successful or acceptable.
Guru dalam hal pelaksanaan Self Esteem Approach Learning (Pendekatan Pembelajaran yang mencurahkan perhatian pada pengembangan kesadaran akan harga diri) sebagai fasilitator dan dinamisator kelas. Dari hasil observasi pada siklus I aktifitas siswa yang kurang = 55,6 %, cukup = 22,2% dan baik = 22,2 %. hasil prestasi siswa pada siklus I menunjukkan nilai secara rata rata 54.73 (55%) pada awal tes, dan di akhir tes menunjukkan rata rata sebesar 60.62 (61%) dan Pada Siklus II di awal tes secara rata rata yang diperoleh menunjukkan 66.06 (66 % ) dan di akhir dilaklukan test yang diperoleh sebesar 68.26 (68%). Sehingga secara garis besar hasil prestasi belajar siswa pada siklus I mengalami kenaikan adri tes awal dan akhir sebanyak 5.89 (6%) dan Pada Siklus II sebesar 2.2 (2%) Adapun hal yang lebih penting lagi dalam pembelajaran dengan diperoleh data secara keseluruhan secara rata rata anak yang kurang aktif sebesar 6.25 dengan anak 25. dan yang memiliki aktivitas cukup sebanyak 10 anak (1.11%) dengan rata rata 1.11. serta yang memiliki aktivitas Baik sebanyak 10 anak (1.11%) dengan rata rata 1.11. pada siklus I. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan antar kelompok pada siklus II diperoleh data sebanyak 5 anak yang memiliki aktivitas kurang (0.56%) dengan rata rata yang diperoleh 0.56. yang memiliki aktivitas sedang senanyak 12 anak dengan rata rata yang diperoleh 1.33. dan yang memiliki aktivitas Baik sebanyak 28 anak dengan rata rata yang diperoleh sebanyak 3.11. (3.11%). Maka dari hasil pengamatan antar kelompok dapat dikategorikan berhasil atau dapat diterima.
