The research was motivated by the phenomenon of distortion between the concepts and content values are reflected in the sources of constitutional normative social phenomena, cultural, political, ideological and eligiosity in the society, nation and state, such as promiscuity among teenagers, drugs, gang motors, corruption among the political elite, fighting between students and others. This happens one of them caused by the educational system is too oriented to the development of left brain/cognitive with the lowest taxonomic remembering and paying less attention to the right brain development (affective, empathy, and sense). Character development is the optimization of the right brain functions that should start from early childhood. Therefore need a model of character education and its implementation.
