Abstrak
Understanding the concept, law, and theory of Science and its application flexibly and Creative and innovative in the application and development of science and science Related (Permendiknas No. 16/2014). The reality in the field shows that the academic competence of elementary school teachers in Indonesia is still low. One of the important forms of teacher professional development programs is the improvement of understanding and application of PCK for elementary school teachers. Based on the results of general research, it can be concluded that the program of professional improvement of primary school teachers through PCK training in science lessons is the right program to help teachers improve their professional competence . The improvement of professional competence of teachers on the implementation of PCK is represented through Core (Content Representation) and PaP-eR (Pedagogical and Professional experience Repertoire) documents.
