Abstrak
The main problem of this study is how to transform moral values into social studies learning process as an attempt to foster discipline of elementary school students. The problem is further elaborated into five research question: (1) what moral values are available and can be transformed into social studies learning process?; (2) how to transform those values into social studies learning process?; (3) what obstacles the teachers deal with in transforming the values at elementary school?; (4) what is the situational description of elementary school student discipline?; and (5) what are the results of transforming the moral values through social studies learning process at elementary school?
