PENERAPAN STRATEGI LISTENING TEAMS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HISTORICAL THINKING SKILLS DALAM MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Pada Siswa Kelas X IIS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Bandung)

Abstrak
This paper entitled “Penerapan Strategi Listening Teams Untuk Meningkatkan Historical Thinking Skills Dalam Mata Pelajaran Sejarah (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Pada Siswa Kelas X IIS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Bandung)”. The issue that is appointed and examined in this paper is “How is the way to implement the listening teams strategy as an effort to improve student’s historical thinking skills in history lesson of class X IIS 2 SMAN 4?” The purpose of this research is to improve historical thinking skills of student through listening teams strategy implementation. The method that used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The design that used in this research refers to Elliots’s design. In this design, each cycle is consist three actions. Research data is obtained through unfold observation, interview and documentation. The research obtained of two cycles and six actions. The research result that writer got show that history learning with implemented listening teams strategy were able improve historical thinking skills of student. The implementation that strategy can make the student active and enthusiastic in listen, discuss, percentage, and answer the questions. Based on research result that have done in X IIS 2 class of SMAN 4 Bandung, the conclusion is listening teams strategy implementation to improve historical thinking skills show the success. This result proven of research that obtained show improving from first cycle to second cycle that seen from observation paper of historical thinking skills student at the time of learning and report of discussion each listening team. The result of interview show the student more excited in history lesson and more understand the material lesson when listening teams strategy is implemented.
