Abstrak
This paper is titled " An effort to bring through history skill writes short stories The application of assessments performance in teaching history (Classroom Action Research on Students Class XI Bahasa 1 MAN 2 Bandung)". The main purpose of this study was to develop writing skills in students through the professional services of teachers in dealing with the learning process. This is caused by several factors namely, (1) the teacher is still focusing on the written test (paper and pencil test) while the other measuring devices such as: observation, practice tests, and assignment of an individual or group simply used as a complement of the written test itself, ( 2) have the maximum use of the assignment technique for measuring student learning outcomes, (3) administration tasks that are less motivated students to develop their potential, especially writing skills, and (4) do not use the film media in the teaching of history in the classroom. Through the class an act of the judgment changed by this attempted menerapakan asesmen performance in developing skills writes short stories history, with a research conducted based on a model ebbut. Results after asesmen performance is used in teaching history is on skills to write this short history inspired students in group apparently show increased significantly from any siklusnya It is proven from the results of this short history is based on an assessment by the rubric ( criteria of judgment ) has increased every cycle. The conclusions from these studies are asesmen that use the skills to write a student can improve through the mission of short stories by step in teaching history.
