Classroom action research in high school on a clump Patronage II Pangandaran Regency as many as 10 schools through the supervision of the performance of the principal by observation, interviews, and anlisis Data kuantittif for three cycles of research concluded that the implementation of the activities Sspervisi teaching techniques supervision of classroom observation in, has in accordance with what is expected. This can be seen from the improvement and development of the first cycle to the third cycle, those regarding: Program Planning Supervision, Frequency implementation of classroom observation, as well as the ethics application Classroom Observation Supervision. The ability of teachers in class V in clumps II UPTD DIKBUDPORA Pangandaran district in the learning process through activities Supervision Classroom Observations showed good growth and development of start first cycle to the third cycle. Such improvements include: management of learning space, time and learning facilities, aspects of the use of learning strategies, manage inter-class action, develop positive attitudes of students towards learning, as well as aspects of carrying out the evaluation process and learning outcomes so as to create a positive influence between supervision of classroom observation to the increase the ability of teachers in the process of teaching and learning activities. (Penelitian tindakan kelas di sekolah menengah atas pada rumpun Binaan II Kabupaten Pangandaran sebanyak 10 sekolah melalui supervisi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolahnya dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan anlisis data kuantittif selama tiga siklus diperoleh simpulan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan Sspervisi pengajaran dengan teknik supervisi observasi kelas di, telah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari adanya peningkatan dan perkembangan dari siklus pertama sampai pada siklus ketiga, di antaranya tentang: Program Perencanaan Supervisi, Frekuensi pelaksanaan observasi kelas, serta etika penerapan Supervisi Observasi Kelas. Kemampuan guru kelas V di Rumpun II UPTD DIKBUDPORA Kabupaten Pangandaran dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan Supervisi Observasi Kelas menunjukkan peningkatan dan perkembangan yang baik dari mulai siklus pertama sampai pada siklus ketiga. Peningkatan tersebut meliputi: pengelolaan ruang belajar, waktu dan fasilitas belajar, aspek penggunaan strategi pembelajaran, mengelola inter-aksi kelas, mengembangkan sikap positif siswa terhadap belajar, serta aspek melaksanakan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar sehingga tercipta pengaruh yang positif antara supervisi observasi kelas terhadap peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar).
