Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat peta konsep proses pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap sumber daya alam pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Cinyasag Kabupaten Ciamis dengan subjek tingkat perkembangan kognitifnya sudah matang dan mereka sudah ada pada tahap operasional formal. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun dengan menggunakan peta konsep menunjukan adanya kemajuan, dengan prosentase keberhasilan dari siklus I mencapai 63,6% , siklus II mencapai 82%, dan siklus III mencapai 100%. Proses belajar mengajar (PBM) di kelas terus meningkat terutama pada aspek kegiatan guru maupun aspek kegiatan siswa mencapai pada dari 50%, menjadi 77%, Pada siklus berikutnya pun berjalan dengan baik, tertib dan lancar, motivasi belajar siswa, antusias dan kreativitas siswa meningkat, dan perolehan nilai hasil belajar pada kompetensi memahami sumber daya alam dengan menggunakan penyusunan peta konsep menunjukan hasil yang memuaskan, artinya nilai hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap, rata-rata kelas pada siklus I adalah 55,86, siklus II mencapai 66,55 , dan siklus III mencapai 73,45. Abstract. This study aims to create a concept map learning process that can enhance students' understanding of the natural resources on learning of Social Sciences in the fourth grade Elementary School 2 Cinyasag Ciamis regency with the subject of the level of cognitive development has matured and they had been there at the formal operational stage. The results showed that the learning plan that is prepared using concept maps showing progress, with the percentage of success of the first cycle reached 63.6%, the second cycle reaches 82%, and the third cycle reaches 100%. Teaching and learning process (PBM) in the class continues to increase, especially in the aspect of teachers as well as aspects of students achieving at from 50% to 77%, the next cycle was run properly, orderly and smoothly, students' motivation, enthusiasm and creativity of students increased and the acquisition value of learning outcomes in the competence to understand the natural resources by using the preparation of concept maps showed satisfactory results, meaning that the value of student learning outcomes have been steadily increasing, the average grade in the first cycle was 55.86, the second cycle reaches 66.55 and the third cycle reaches 73.45.
